Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:

2 T Apple cider vinegar 1/2 t Crushed dried basil
1 T Chopped onion 1/2 t Crushed dried oregano
1/4 c Water 1 pn White pepper
2 T Frozen apple juice 2 Canned artichoke hearts
Concentrate (packed in water),
1 Clove garlic, cut in half Rinsed and drained
1 t Honey (about 1/2 cup)

Combine all ingredients in blender or food processor and puree until
smooth.

Chill at least 15 minutes before serving.

Yields: 1 cup
