2 Eggs, beaten 1 ts Salt
1 c Milk 3/4 ts Poultry seasoning or sage
2/3 c Finely crushed butter 1/8 ts Pepper
Flavored crackers 1 1/2 lb Lean ground beef
1/2 c Chopped onion
----------------------OPTIONAL GARNISH---------------------------
Green pepper rings Onion rings
Preheat oven to 350F.
Combine all ingredients. Bake until no pink remains.
