Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
1 1/2 c Bread crumbs 1/4 c Chopped onion
1/4 c Chopped celery 1/2 c Chopped fennel stalk
1 x Egg, beaten 1/4 t Salt
1/4 t Paprika 1 x Sprig chopped fennel
leaf
Combine bread crumbs, chopped vegs and egg. Sprinkle seasonings and
toss. Moisten with a little milk or water if necessary and use
dressing to stuff a fish cavity before baking.
