Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
4 ea Lamb chops, thick 1 ea Onion, sliced
4 ea Swiss cheese slices
Use twice the amount of rib or loin chops in place of thick ones.
Broil chops until brown, turn and broil on other side.
Trim cheese to chop size. Place onion and cheese slices on each chop.
Broil until cheese begins to melt.
