2 ts Powdered ginger or fresh
- ginger root; smashed
2 md Tomatoes; quartered
1 ts MSG
1 ea Lemon; juice of
4 c Water
Salt and pepper taste
1 ea Stalk scallion; diced
Put all ingredients except lemon juice in a large sauce pan and
simmer for 45 minutes. Bring serving, add lemon juice and diced
scallion and serve.
