Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
1 lb Powdered sugar; sifted
3/4 c Shortening; soft +
2 tb Shortening; soft
2 tb Margarine
3/4 ts Salt
5 ts Milk
1 1/2 ts Vanilla
1/2 ts Almond Extract
Mix in large mixing bowl at low speed, beating until smooth.
VARIATION: For chocolate frosting, add 1 1/2 cups sifted cocoa.
