1 Egg 1 c Corn flake crumbs
1/2 c Milk Oil or shortening for frying
1/2 ts Salt Salt to taste
30 md Mushrooms Grated Parmesan cheese
1/3 c Flour Lemon wedges, if desired
In shallow dish, beat egg with milk and salt. In another dish, roll
mushrooms in flour. Dip mushrooms in egg mixture and coat with corn
flake crumbs. Fry in hot oil or shortening in fryer for 1 to 2
minutes until golden. Drain. Sprinkle with salt to taste and grated
Parmesan cheese. Serve with lemon wedges, if desired.
