Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:

1 lg Bermuda onion; cut into 1/4" 3/4 c Plain dried bread crumbs
-thick slices and separated 1 ts Chili powder
-into rings 1/2 ts -Salt
1/2 c Milk 4 ts Vegetable oil

In 9"x13" glass dish, combine onion and milk; let stand 30 minutes,
turning often. On wax paper, combine bread crumbs, chili powder and
salt. Preheat oven to 450. Spray nonstick baking sheet with cooking
spray. Turn onion rings into bread crumb mixture to coat. Place onion
rings in pan; drizzle evenly with oil. Bake 5 minutes on each side.

Each side = 1/2 bread, 1/2 vegetable, 1 fat, 5 optional calories.
