4 lg Onions, white 2 c Flour, self-rising
1 c Milk Oil, salad
2 Eggs; beaten Salt
Cut onions into 1/4" slices and separate into rings. Combine milk and
eggs; soak onion rings in milk-egg mixture for 2 hours. Drain. Dredge
onion rings in flour, and dip again in milk-egg mixture. Dredge in
flour again, and deep fry in oil heated to 365 degrees. Drain on
absorbent paper. Salt and serve immediately.
