Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:

1 pk Yellow cake mix 1 ts Cinnamon
1/2 c Butter or margarine -- 2 lg Apples -- pared sliced
Softened 1 c Sour cream
1/4 c Brown sugar 1 Egg

Heat oven to 350. Mix cake mix, margarine, brown sugar and cinnamon
until crumbly. Reserve 2/3 cup crumbly mixture. Press remaining
crumbly mixture in bottom of 13 x 9 pan. Arrange apple slices on
mixture in pan. Beat sour cream and egg until blended; spread over
apples. Sprinkle with reserved crumbly mixture. Bake 25 to 30
minutes; cool.
