Fast Healthy 9/92 1/2 c Chopped onion
Carolyn Shaw 6-95 1/4 c Apricot preserves
2/3 c Chopped fresh apricots 1 md Tomato, chopped
**OR** 1 tb Chopped fresh cilantro
1 cn (16oz) apricots, drained and 1 ts Finely chopped gingerroot
Chopped 1/8 ts Cinnamon
Combine; mix well. chill until serving time. Makes 2 cups.
Per two tablespoons: 20 calories, 5 g carbohydrate, 50 mg potassium,
1/2 fruit exchange.
