Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:

9/16 lb Broccoli, trimmed and cut 1 c Light sour cream
-into spears 1/3 c Freshly grated Parmesan
1/4 c Grated onion -cheese
1 cn 10.3/4 oz can cream of 1/4 c Crumbled herb-seasoned bread
-mushroom soup, undiluted -crumbs

Steam broccoli until just barely fork tender; rinse in cold water and
drain well. Place well-drained broccoli in a flat 1.1/2-2qt
casserole. Combine next four ingredients and spread over broccoli;
top with herb-seasoned bread crumbs. Bake in a preheated 350 degree
oven for 30-35 minutes or until broccoli is tender and crumbs are
golden brown.

Serves 6-8
