Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:

1 tb + 1 tsp grated lime zest
1/2 c + 1 tbsp fresh lime juice
2 c Sugar, preferable superfine
pn Salt
2 c Heavy cream
2 c Milk

Combine the zest, juice, sugar and salt. Stir to mix well.
Gradually add the cream and then the milk. Stir gently until sugar
dissolves. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or preferably
overnight to allow the flavours to blend. Stir, and freeze according
