Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
4 c Cold, cooked rice
1/2 ts Sugar
1/2 lb Bacon, fried crisp, crumbled
3 tb Vegetable oil
1 ts Salt
3 Eggs, scrambled very soft
2 Green onions tops, chopped
Stir-fry rice in hot oil for 1 minute. Add sugar, salt and soy
sauce. Stior until heated through. Add eggs, green onions, and bacon
pcs. Stir to mix and serve.
