2 lb Fresh Swiss Chard 1/2 ts Ground coriander
6 tb Vegetable oil 1/2 ts Salt
pn Of turmeric 1/4 c Chopped peanuts
3/4 ts Ground cummin
Wash and finely chop Swiss chard. Boil 1/4 cup water. Add chopped
chard, cover, and cook about 6 minutes or until tender. Drain well.
Heat vegetable oil in a skillet and add turmeric, ground cumin,
coriander and salt. Add chard and continue cooking and stirring,
over medium-low heat, about 5 more minutes. Stir in peanuts, and cook
slowly for about 2 minutes. Remove from heat and serve. 4 - 6
