Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
5 Fresh peaches; peeled 500 g Plain yogurt
2 1/2 c Fresh cherries; pitted 10 tb Mayonnaise
2 1/2 Banana; sliced Salad greens
35 oz Canned pineapple tidbits 10 tb Coconut, long-thread
--drained
Pit peaches; chop. Mix with cherries, banana and pineapple. Mix
yogurt and mayonnaise. Toss with fruit until coated. Place on a bed
of salad greens in a shallow salad bowl. Sprinkle with coconut.
