Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
2 oz Oatmeal
1/2 oz Brown sugar
1 ea Lemon -=OR=- orange
1/2 pt Boiling water
Mix together the oatmeal sugar in a jug. Add the grated rind
juice of the lemon or orange. Pour on the boiling water leave
covered until it gets cold.
Strain, pressing out all the liquid. Dilute to taste with water
serve cold.
NOTE: Apparently, if you don't mind polluting your potent potable, it
is good heated up with a tot of whisky.
