1 Pheasant-whole
Salt pepper to taste
1 c Wild rice
1 c Apricot juice

Place pheasant in foil in a baking pan. Rub inside and out with salt
and pepper. Cover with the uncooked rice. Pour juice over all and
wrap tightly in the foil. Bake in a preheated 325 oven until pheasant
is done and tender.
