Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
3 c Diced cooked chicken 1 tb Lemon juice
1 c Halved seedless green 1/4 ts Nutmeg
-grapes 1 c Mayonnaise
1 c Diced celery Lettuce Leaves
1 1/2 c Blanched, salted almonds Sliced cantaloupe, peaches
1 c Diced green pepper -or strawberries for
1/2 c Sour cream -garnish
Combine all ingredients and chill for several hours. Serve on lettuce
and garnish with cantaloupe, peaches, or strawberries.
