-LIGHT Dressing 1/2 ts Dried basil leaves, crushed
1/3 c Finely chopped cucumber, 1/2 ts Salt
-seeded 1/2 ts Pepper
1/3 c Finely chopped tomato,
Mix all ingredients. Refrigerate.
Makes 1 cup.
