2 lb Fresh green beans 1/4 ts Lemon-pepper seasoning
1 c ;water 1/4 ts Salt-free herb seasoning
1/4 c Butter or margarine 1/3 c Fresh parsley; chopped
4 cl Garlic; minced
Was beans, and remove ends.
Bring water to a boil in a Dutch oven. Add beans; return to a
boil, cover, and simmer 10 minutes or until crisp-tender. Drain and
keep warm.
Melt butter in Dutch oven over medium heat; add garlic, and cook,
stirring constantly, until tender. Stir in seasonings. Add beans;
cook, stirring constantly, 3 minutes or until thoroughly heated.
Spoon into a serving dish; sprinkle with parsley.
Yield: 8 servings.
