Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
1 1/2 kg Zucchini sliced 70 g Parsley
150 g Preserved anchovy chopped Salt and pepper
200 ml Olive oil
Grill the slices of zucchini, with salt and pepper. Beat the olive
oil with anchovy. Dress zucchini with oil. Sprinkle with parsley.
