100 ml Olive oil 400 g Cuttlefish
50 g Garlic 400 g Shrimp
75 g Onion 500 g Tomato sauce
1 Glass white wine 75 g Chopped parsley
500 g Clams and mussel meat Salt and pepper
400 g Squid
Fry garlic and onion in olive oil. Add clams, mussels, cuttlefish and
shrimp. Saute for a few minutes. Add white wine, then tomato sauce.
Salt and pepper to season. Just before serving, add in chopped
parsley (do not cook).
