6 md Potatoes
6 Slices of bacon
3/4 c Chopped onions
3/4 c Water
1/3 c Wine vinegar
2 tb Flour
2 tb Sugar
1 1/2 ts Salt
ds Pepper
1/2 c Celery seed

Boil pototoes in jackets; when done peel and cut in cubes; fry bacon
which has been cut in cubes and saute onions in the bacon fat until
golden brown. Blend in dry ingredients and cook over low heat until
smoothly and bubbly. Remove and stir in water and vinegar, bring to
boil, stirring constantly; boil one min. Pour over cubed potatoes and
mix carefully.
