Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:

7 md New potatoes 1/2 c Vinegar
3 sl Bacon 1 tb Sugar
1 sm Onion; chopped 2 ts Cornstarch
1/2 c Water 1 ts Salt

Scrub potatoes. Cook in boiling water 30 minutes or until tender.
Drain, and chill well. Peel and cut potatoes into thin slices.
Cook bacon in a large skillet until done but still limp. Remove
bacon, reserving drippings in skillet. Tear bacon into bite-sized
pieces; set aside.
Saute onion in bacon drippings until tender. Stir in remaining
ingredients; cover over medium heat until slightly thickened. Add
bacon and pour over potatoes. Toss gently.
