Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
1/2 c mochi rice
5 c coconut milk
1 c young cork kernels
1 sugar,To Taste
1 t salt
1 c coconut cream (first
1 extract from coconut),Grated
Boil the washed mochi rice in cocout milk until half done. Add corn,
sugar and salt; continue cooking, stirring occasionally until rice
and corn are cooked. Add coconut cream, or use it to top each serving.
