See below ingredients and instructions of the recipe
1 ts Dry mustard 1 ts Lemon juice
1/4 c Orange juice 1/2 ts Sugar
1 1/2 tb Soy sauce 1/2 ts Salt
1 tb Chinese plum sauce 1 tb Peanut oil
1 tb Balsamic vinegar 1 1/2 ts Asian sesame oil
1 ts Ginger, finely grated
In a small bowl, mix the dry mustard with 1 tsp of water; let stand
for 10 minutes. In a medium bowl, whisk the orange juice with the soy
sauce, plum sauce, vinegar, ginger, lemon juice, sugar and salt.
Whisk in the peanut oil and sesame oil and then the mustard paste.
Serve with cold roast meats.
