1/2 lb Veal scallops 2 tb Dry vermouth; OR
2 tb Butter 2 tb Chicken broth
1 c Sliced mushrooms 1/3 c Heavy cream
1/2 c Sliced scallions; incl tops 1 1/2 tb Sun-dried tomato paste
Saute veal in butter until lightly browned. Remove from pan. Add
scallions mushrooms. Saute lightly. Add vermouth or chicken broth
bring to a boil. Add cream tomato paste. Cook 2 mins. Return veal
