3 oz Unsweetened chocolate
7 oz Semisweet chcocolate
3 oz Corn syrup
1/2 c Hot water
Combine chocolate, place over water bath, stir until melted. Whisk in
syrup and water, incorporating well. Serve warm.
Yield: 2 cups
