Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:

1 pk Lipton Recipe Secrets Onion
-Soup Mix
1 cn Apricot or peach preserves
-(12 oz)
1/2 c Water
1 Flank steak, cut into thin
-strips (about 2 pounds)
2 md Green, red and/or yellow
-bell peppers, sliced
Hot cooked rice

In small bowl, combine onion soup mix, preserves and water; set
aside. In bottom of broiling pan, arrange steak and peppers; top with
soup mixture. Broil, turning once, until steak is done. Serve over
