See below ingredients and instructions of the recipe
1 1/2 lb Ground beef 2 ts Salt
1 c Rolled oats 1/4 ts Pepper
1 c Raw, grated carrots 1 1/2 ts Worchestershire sauce
1/2 Minced onion 3 Hardcooked eggs
2 Eggs, beaten
Combine all ingredients, except hard-cooked eggs, and mix thoroughly.
Place half of mixture in a loaf pan 4 X 9 inches.
Cut eggs in half lengthwise and arrange in row through center of the
meat. Place remainder of the meat on top.
Bake at 350 degrees F for 1 1/4 hours.
