Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
1 c Half and half,scalded 1 ea Pinch of salt
1 c Chocolate chips 1 tb Creme de menthe
1 ea Egg 2 c Whipped cream
Combine first 5 ingredients in blender container. Process on high for
1 minute. Pour into serving dishes. Chill until set. Top with whipped
cream.
