Main Ingredients:
2 c. flour
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
2 tbsp. cocoa
1 1/2 tsp. soda
1/2 c. shortening
1/2 tsp. salt
2 eggs
2 c. applesauce
Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
Cream sugar and shortening. Add egg, applesauce, then rest of ingredients. Sprinkle 2 tablespoons brown sugar, 1 cup chocolate chips, and 1 cup nuts on top. Then bake for 40 minutes in 350 degree oven.
