Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
3 c Sliced onions 1/2 ts Sugar
3 tb Butteer 2 tb Grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 c Dry sherry
In a 10" covered skillet cook onions in butter about 10 minutes or
until tender but not brown, stirring occasionally. Add sherry, salt,
dash of pepper and sugar. Cook, uncovered, 2 to 3 minutes. Turn into
serving dish. Sprinkle with Parmesan.
