Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:

2 c Graham flour* 1 Egg
1/2 ts Salt 1 1/4 c Milk
4 ts Baking powder 2 tb Melted shortening

*Graham flour is whole wheat flour. Combine dry ingredients. Combine
egg, milk and shortening. combine together. Bake in hot greased
muffin tins in a moderately hot oven 20 minutes or so.

Many of the recipes in this collection did not contain amounts or oven
temperatures. I have typed them in as they appear in the book, typos
and all.
