Main Ingredients:
1 lb. med. noodles (or 1/2 med. and
1/2 fine)
4 eggs, beaten
1 c. sugar
2 tsp. salt (can use less)
2 apples or peaches, pared sliced
2 c. water
4 tbsp. oil
1 tsp. vanilla
Grated rind or 2 lemons
Cinnamon to taste
Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
Cook and drain noodles. Add all ingredients and mix together. Pour into greased roasting pan. Sprinkle extra cinnamon on top. Bake at 350 degrees until browned, 45 minutes or more.
