Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
1/2 c Coconut 2 c Flour
1/2 c Chopped nuts 1 c Sugar
1 c Boiling water 1/2 c Quick oats
2 1/2 c Whole bran cereal 1/2 c Wheat germ
2 Beaten eggs 2 ts Baking soda
2 c Buttermilk or sour milk 1/2 ts Salt
1/2 c Oil 1 c Raisins
1/2 c Chopped apple
Pour water over cereal and cool. Stir in next 4 ingredients. Combine
dry ingredients and stir into bran mixture. Add last 3 ingredients.
Spoon into 36 greased muffin tins. Bake at 400 degrees for 22 minutes.
