See below ingredients and instructions of the recipe
1/2 c Orange juice 1/2 ts Salt
3 tb Fresh cilantro; or parsley, 1/4 ts Pepper
-chopped 1 lb Pork chops; boneless,
3 tb Olive oil -center-cut
1 ts Orange zest; grated 2 Nectarines; pitted,in wedges
1 cl Garlic; minced 1 lb Watercress; coarsely chopped
Combine orange juice, cilantro, oil, zest, garlic, salt and pepper.
Place chops in a non-reactive dish and drizzle with 3 tbs of the
dressing. Cover, chill and marinade at least one hour.
Prepare grill and cook chops to medium done. Slice into strips and
toss with nectarines, watercress and dressing. Serve.
