Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:

1 lb Lean ground beef 1 ts Salt
1 ea Medium onion 1/4 ts Pepper
1 ea Clove garlic minced 1 1/2 ts Celery salt
1 pk 4 oz uncooked noodles 1 1/2 ts Worcestershire sauce
1/2 c Water 1/3 c Chopped green pepper
1 c 10 1/2 oz beef broth 1 c Reduced-fat sour cream
2 1/2 c Tomatoe juice 1 c 4oz sliced mushrooms drained

Brown beef, onion and garlic in large skillet. Add noodles. Combine
water, broth, tomato juice and seasonings; pour over noodles and meat
mixture. Cover, simmer for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add
green pepper; cover and cook until noodles are tender. Add mushrooms
and sour cream; heat but do not boil....
