Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
1 md Onion; chopped 1 cn Italian-flavored crushed
1 md Green pepper; diced -tomatoes
1 Stalk celery; chopped 1 ts Garlic powder
2 c Okra; sliced (fresh or ds Tabasco sauce
-frozen) 1 c Whole kernel corn, fresh or
Salt and pepper to taste -frozen
Saute onion, green pepper and celery in a small amount of water until
soft. Add remaining ingredients and bring to a boil. Simmer for 10
minutes and serve. May be served over rice for a main dish.
