1 c SOUR CREAM 2 c COOKED HAM, CUBED
1/2 c HEAVY CREAM 1 c RITZ CRACKERS, CRUSHED
1 1/2 ts SALT 2 tb MELTED BUTTER
6 ea POTATOES, COOKED, SLICED 1/4 ts ONION SALT
3 ea HARD BOILED EGGS, SLICED
COMBINE SOUR CREAM, HEAVY CREAM AND SALT IN A BOWL. LAYER 1/2 THE POTATOES
EGGS AND HAM IN A 2 QUART CASSEROLE DISH. TOP WITH 1/2 THE SOUR CREAM MIX.
REPEAT WITH THE OTHER 1/2 INGREDIENTS. MIX CRACKERS, BUTTER AND ONION SALT
AND SPRINKLE ON TOP OF THE CASSEROLE.
