2 md Potatoes; unpeeled and cut 1 Zucchini; chopped
-in 1/2" cubes 1 lg Tomato; cut in eighths
1 lg Onion; chopped 2 cn Hormel Chunk Ham; 5 oz size,
1 tb Oil -drained and flaked
1 Green pepper; chopped 1/2 c Cheddar cheese; grated
In 10" skillet over med-high heat cook potatoes and onions 5 minutes
or until brown and almost tender. Add green pepper and zucchini. Cook
5 minutes or until crisp and tender. Add tomato and ham. Sprinkle with
cheese. Cover 3 to 5 minutes or until cheese melts. Source: Hormel Ad
