4 lb Fully cooked boneless ham 1/4 c Onion -- minced
1 cn Sliced peaches 1 ea Apple
16 oz In natural juices, drained Peeled and coarsely chopped
And coar 2 tb Lemon juice
1/2 c Cider vinegar 1 ts Pickling spice
1/2 c Packed brown sugar
Place ham in a shallow pan. Roast at 325 deg. for 1-1/2 hours or
until meat thermometer reaches 140 deg. Meanwhile, combine all
remaining ingredients in a saucepan and bring to a boil. Reduce heat
and simmer 25-30 minutes or until thickened. Cool. Serve with sliced
ham. Yield: 16 servings. Nutritional Information: One 3-ounce serving
equals 196 calories, 1,628 mg sodium, 53 mg cholesterol, 74 gm
carbohydrate, 22 gm protein, 6 gm fat
