Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
1 Loaf French Bread
1 lb Ground beef
15 oz Tomato sauce
1 cn Mushrooms; sliced
1 Onion; diced
1 pk Mozzarella cheese slices
Remove center of bread to make a boat shape. Brown ground beef; add
sauce, mushrooms and onion. Simmer 2-3 minutes. Pour into bread and
top with slices of cheese. Heat on baking sheet at 350~ for 10-15
minutes or until the cheese melts. Slice to serve. Serves 5-6.
