Ingredients:
1 med onion
1/2 lb ground beef
1 t garlic powder
salt pepper
1/8 c sour cream
2 oz cm cheese
1/2 bag frozen cauliflower
2 T butter
Sauté onion in oil in pan. Add meat and brown. Add spices and water and cook until
water boils. Turn down heat. Add sour cream and cream cheese and simmer 10 min
until gravy thickens. (DO NOT BOIL). Mash cauliflower with butter, salt pepper. Serve
hamburger "gravy" over "potatoes." Serves 2 @ 10 carb (7 NET carbs)
