See below ingredients and instructions of the recipe
4 c Chopped onions 6 c Sugar
1 md Cabbage chopped 1 T Celery seed
4 c Green tomatoes, chopped 2 T Mustard seed
12 ea Green peppers, chopped 1 1/2 t Tumeric
6 ea Red peppers, chopped 4 c Cider vinegar
1/2 c Salt 2 c Water
Vegetables can be chopped by hand, or in food processor. Sprinkle
salt over the chopped vegetables, and let stand overnight. In
morning, drain and rinse until water runs clear. Bring remaining
ingredients to a boil, and pour over vegetables. Bring back to boil
again, and simmer for 3-5 minutes. Pack into clean, sterilized jars
and seal. Allow to 'cure' for about a week before using. Origin:
