1/2 ts Salt
1/2 ts Garlic powder
1/2 ts Thyme
1/4 ts Black pepper
4 Skinless boneless chicken br
1/2 c Skim milk; at room temperatu

Combine flour, paprika, salt, garlic powder, thyme, and pepper in a
plastic bag. Dip breasts in milk; shake off excess. Add to bag and
shake to coat evenly. Place chicken on a prepared baking dish. Bake
40 minutes, until chicken is tender and coating crisp.
