Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
3 1/2 c Flour
1 c Butter
2 c Sugar
4 Eggs
2 ts Soda
2 ts Cinnamon
1 ts Salt
1 ts Nutmeg
1/2 ts Ginger
1/2 ts Cloves
1 1/2 c Pumpkin
1 1/2 c Choc. chips
1 1/2 c Walnuts (opt)
Preheat oven to 375 cream butter, sugar, and eggs. add spices. add
flour and pumpkin. Stir in Choc. Chips and nuts. grease BOTTOM of 2
9X5 loaf pans. bake at 375 for 65-75 min., or until toothpick comes
out clean.
