1 ea Pk frozen shredded potatoes; 4 oz Colby cheese
-(12 or 14 oz) 1/4 c Onion; diced
2 T Margarine; melted 1 cn Cream of chicken soup
Salt pepper; to taste
Mix all thoroughly and pour into a casserole. Bake in a pre-heated
350F oven until brown (about 25 - 35 min). As printed in "Naples (FL)
