1 tb Vegetable Oil
1/2 lb Chicken breasts; boneless
-and skinless
1 pk Hidden Valley Original
-Ranch Salad Dressing (dry)
16 oz Vegetable Medley; thawed
2 tb Water
Heat oil in a large skillet or WOK. Add chicken which has been cut
into thin strips. Stir in dry Hidden Valley Ranch dressing. Mix to
coat chicken. Add thawed vegetables and 2 TB water. Stir fry about
2 minutes.
